How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging.

What does your warranty cover?

HB Optics stands behind every product we carry. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us directly and we'll make it right.

What magnification do I need for hunting binoculars?

8x is the most versatile for most hunters, lightweight, wide field of view, and easy to hold steady. 10x offers more detail for open country but requires a steadier hand. 12x and above is best used with a tripod.  Check out our Field Notes section for more

How do you choose your products?

We analyze light transmission, glass quality, overall durability, and the manufacturers who make them.  We do the vetting, so you don't have to.

What if I have a technical question about a specific optic or spec?

Contact us directly.  We specialize in optics, and if we don't have the data on hand, we'll go straight to the manufacturer to get you an answer.
