Return Policy and Procedures
At HB Optics, we provide professional grade equipment. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure the highest standards for our customers, we adhere to a strict return protocol.
Return Window All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unopened packaging with all factory seals and tags intact. We do not accept returns on gear that has been field-tested, mounted, or shows signs of use. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being sold as "New," the return will be rejected.
Restocking Fees All authorized returns are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee. This fee covers administrative costs and original shipping expenses.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) You must contact HB Optics directly to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product.
Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Note: Do not ship items back to the manufacturer. Returns sent to the manufacturer without an HB Optics RMA will not be processed and may result in the loss of the item.
